Every project is different, but I’ll agree a clear timeline with you before we begin. Smaller design projects can often be turned around quickly, while larger branding and website projects typically take longer.
Because each project is tailored specifically to your business, payments for work that has already been started are generally non-refundable. If you need to cancel or change your project, get in touch and we’ll work out the best way forward.
